InfiNet believes that a career is not a job.  Our associates represent some of the finest talent available in their respective areas, and each member is a valuable asset to the company. Our company believes in a professional business setting, which fosters associate growth through challenging work in a fast paced, leading edge technology environment.

Our associates work in a team environment, where mutual attainment of goals is rewarded with individual contributors acknowledged for their contributions. Our workplace is a smoke free environment, with typical work schedules of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.  Exceptions to this are expected for customer driven requirements, and we want our team members to have a “whatever it takes” startup mindset.

Our Team Leads are empowered to help us make InfiNet a better company, vendor and civic leader.  We encourage our associates to become active in civic and charitable activities, as well as personal growth endeavors.
